“We suspected we had a mold problem so we did some self testing and sure enough, we tested positive. We called Pure Maintenance and Rob tested and confirmed we had mold. My wife and I were having issues with our eyes, breathing and we could smell it. The treatment was done in a couple hours and we were back in the house in about 8 hours. “I am a realtor in southern california and I used Travis on an escrow I am in. They were amazing to work with for many reasons. We needed a mold inspection done same day or I risked falling our if escrow, they found a way accommodate it and came with a couple hours and then Travis explained so much to about the process that when it was done and we reviewing the report together 9 actually understood what he was saying, sometimes before he even started reading certain parts. They didnt recommend treatments that werent needed. We walked away with just an inspection needed and a good report. No sales pitch after on why we need this or that. Also Travis was really easy to conversate with. Very professional but we shared some laughs.
